1. Students should attend the classes regularly.
கல்லூரியின் அனைத்து வேளை நாட்களிலும் மாணவியர்கள் தவறாமல் வகுப்பிற்கு வருகை தரவேண்டும்.
2. Students should come in decent dress like Chudidhar with Thuppatta.
மாணவியர்கள் சுடிதார் மட்டுமே அணிய வேண்டும் செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை மட்டும் மாணவியர்கள் நமது பாரம்பரிய உடை (Saree, Half Saree) அணிந்து வர அனுமதிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள்.
3. Students shall enter the class on time and late-comers will lose attendance. However they will be allowed to attend the classes with the permission of the HOD.
மாணவியர்கள் வகுப்பிற்குள் அவர்களுக்கு கொடுக்கப்பட்ட கால அட்டவணைப்படி இருக்க வேண்டும். நேரம் தவறி வகுப்பிற்கு வரும் பட்சத்தில் அம்மாணவியின் துறைத்தலைவரிடம் தகுந்த காரணம் கூறி அவரின் அனுமதி பெற்ற பிறகே வகுப்பிற்குள் வர வேண்டும்.
4. Students should have 75% of attendance in every semester otherwise students are not eligible to write the examinations.
ஒவ்வொரு பருவ முறையிலும் மாணவியர்களின் வருகைப் பதிவு 75 சதவீதம் இருத்தல் வேண்டும். அப்பொழுது தான் மாணவி பல்கலைக்கழகத் தேர்வு எழுத அனுமதிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
5. Students shall not make noise while entering or leaving the class rooms.
மாணவியர்கள் அவர்களுக்கு கொடுக்கப்பட்ட கால அட்டவணையின்படி விருப்பப் பாடம் அல்லது பகுதி 1 தமிழ், பகுதி 2 ஆங்கிலம் ஆகிய வகுப்புகளுக்குள் செல்லும் போதோ ஆய்வகம், நூலகம் ஆகிய இடங்களுக்கு செல்லும்போதோ அமைதியாக சென்று வர வேண்டும்.
6. The first hour of each day will start with silent prayer.
ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் கல்லூரி பாட வேளையின் முதல் மணி நேரம் வகுப்பு வாரியாக அமைதியான முறையில் இறை வணக்கம் செய்தல் வேண்டும்.
7. Students are expected to give due respect to teachers when they enter the class rooms.
பேராசிரியப் பெருமக்கள் வகுப்பு எடுக்கும் போது மாணவியர்கள் அமைதியாக இருந்து பாடங்களை கவனிக்க வேண்டும்.
8. Loitering and making noise in the corridors during class hours must be avoided.
பேராசிரியர்கள் வகுப்பு எடுத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் போது மாணவியர்கள் வராண்டாவில் மெதுவாக நடந்து செல்ல வேண்டும்.
9. Equal interest should be extended to Curricular, Co-curricular and Extra Curricular activities.
கல்வியோடு, பிற தகுதிகளை (Co – Curricular and Extra Curricular) வளர்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
10. Selection of Value added Courses should be specified at the beginning of each semester.
கல்லூரி பட்டப்படிப்போடு,சிறப்பு பட்டய வகுப்புகள் ஒவ்வொரு பருவ முறையிலும் கற்றுக் கொடுக்கப்படும். மாணவியர்கள் அனைவரும் இந்த வாய்ப்பினை பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
11. Value added Courses are arranged for all round development of the Students. So, attending the value added courses should be regular.
மாணவியர்களின் அனைத்து தகுதிகளையும் வளர்க்கும் பொருட்டே இச்சிறப்பு பட்டய வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன. மாணவியர்கள் இவ்வகுப்பிற்கு வருவதினை எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் தவிர்த்தல் கூடாது.
12. ID card is Compulsory to all the students within the campus as well as in the college bus.
கல்லூரி மாணவியர்கள் அவர்களுக்கு கொடுக்கப்பட்ட அடையாள அட்டையை காலையில் கல்லூரி பேருந்தில் ஏறும்போது அணிந்து பிறகு வீட்டிற்கு சென்றடையும் வரை அணிந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
13. Ragging is strictly prohibited.
ராகிங்’ செய்வது கல்லூரி வளாகத்தில் முழுமையாக தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
14. Usage of mobile phones, cameras and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited in the college Campus.
‘அலைபேசி’ (Mobile phone) மற்றும் புகைப்படக்கருவி (camera) போன்ற மின்னணு சாதனங்கள் கல்லூரி வளாகத்தில் தடைசெய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.
15. It is advised not to wear costly golden jewels while coming to College and also during college
functions.
விலை உயர்ந்த தங்க ஆபரணங்களை கல்லூரி வேலை நாட்களிலோ அல்லது கல்லூரியின் விழாக் காலங்களிலோ அணிந்து வர அனுமதி இல்லை.
16. It is the responsibility of the Students to take care of their belongings. It is not advisable to keep large Sum of money in the classrooms.
அதிக அளவில் தொகையை மாணவியர்கள் கையில் வைத்திருக்க வேண்டாம். அது தவறும் பட்சத்தில் கல்லூரி நிர்வாகம் பொறுப்பு ஏற்காது.
17. Lunch should be taken only in the Student Dining Hall.
மாணவியர்கள் மதிய உணவினை அவர்களுக்கு ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட இடத்தில் (Students Dining Hall) அமர்ந்து உண்ண வேண்டும்.
18. The rules of the canteen should be strictly followed during the purchase.
மாணவியர்கள் அவர்களுக்கு ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள நேரங்களில் மட்டுமே சிற்றுண்டிக் கூடத்திற்கு செல்ல வேண்டும்.
19. No visitor (Friend or Family members) is allowed to meet the student during class hours without the permission of the HOD or Principal.
மாணவியர்கள் கல்லூரிக்கு வந்த பிறகு அம்மாணவியின் குடும்ப உறுப்பினர்களோ அல்லது நண்பர்களோ அம்மாணவியைச் சந்திக்க அனுமதி இல்லை. தவிர்க்க இயலாத சூழல் இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில் துறைத்தலைவர் அல்லது முதல்வரிடம் தகுந்த அனுமதி பெற்ற பின்னரே வெளியில் இருந்து வரும் நபர் மாணவியைச் சந்திக்க அனுமதிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
20. Students are allowed to go on tours/one day trips only with the permission from the parents, the HOD and the Principal.
மாணவியர்களுடைய அறிவுத்திறனை வளர்க்கும் பொருட்டு கல்விச் சுற்றுலாவிற்கு பல்வேறு கல்லூரிகளுக்கிடையே நடைபெறும் போட்டிகளுக்கு அழைத்துச் செல்லப்படுவார்கள். அந்தநேரங்களில் மாணவி சுற்றுலா / பிற கல்லூரிக்கு செல்ல தனது பெற்றோர் அனுமதி கொடுத்த கடிதத்தை துறைத்தலைவரிடம் சமர்ப்பித்த பின்னரே அனுமதிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
21. Sanitary rules should be followed while using the toilets.
மாணவியர்கள் அவர்களுக்கென ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள கழிவறைகளை சுகாதாரமான முறையில் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
22. At the time of meetings/functions in the College a well-disciplined behavior should be followed.
மாணவியர்களுக்கு அவர்தம் துறை சார்ந்த பல்வேறு கருத்தரங்கங்கள் நடத்தப்படும். கல்லூரி நிர்வாகமும் பல்வேறு விதமான விழாக்களை அரங்கேற்றும். அத்தருணங்களில் மாணவி நன்னடத்தையுடன் நடந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
23. Properties of the College should not be damaged. If any damages are found, Students are responsible for the compensation.
கல்லூரியின் உடைமைகளை மாணவியர்கள் எந்த விதத்திலும் சேதப்படுத்தக் கூடாது. அப்படி சேதப்படுத்திய சூழலில், அதனை சரி செய்யும் முழுப்பொறுப்பும் மாணவியர்களுக்கு உரியதாகும்.
24. Any problem or grievance faced by the Student may be represented to the Teacher / Principal and solution will be given by counseling/any monitory help.
மாணவியர்களுக்குத் தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் ஏதாவது பிரச்சனைகள், சங்கடங்கள் இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில் வகுப்பு பொறுப்பாசிரியர், துறைத்தலைவர், மாணவர் நல ஆலோசகர் மற்றும் முதல்வர் ஆகியோரை அணுகலாம்.
RULES FOR LEAVE OR ABSENCE
1. To avail a leave, a leave letter should be submitted with the signature of the parent. If the student is found absent, disciplinary action will be taken.
கல்லூரியில் பயிலும் மாணவிகள் தவிர்க்க இயலாத சூழல் காரணமாக இருந்தால் மட்டுமே விடுப்பு எடுக்க வேண்டும். பெற்றோர்கள் கையெழுத்திட்ட விடுமுறை விண்ணப்பத்தை சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.
2. If leave is needed for more than two days, prior permission for leave should be obtained from the Principal in person.
இரண்டு நாட்களுக்கு மேல் விடுமுறை தேவைப்படும் பட்சத்தில், ‘எதற்காக விடுமுறை தேவைப்படுகிறது’ என்பதற்கான தகுந்த சான்றாதாரங்களோடு கல்லூரி முதல்வரிடம் மாணவியின் பெற்றோர் (அல்லது) பாதுகாவலர் அனுமதி பெற வேண்டும்.
3. Extension of leave during functional holidays is strictly prohibited. So, Parents are not permitted to meet the Principal regarding this matter.
பண்டிகை நாட்களில் (அல்லது) பருவ முறைத் தேர்வு முடிந்த தருணங்களில் கல்லூரியில் விடுமுறை வழங்கப்படும். விடுமுறை முடிந்த மறுநாள் கட்டாயமாக கல்லூரிக்கு வர வேண்டும். விடுப்பு எடுத்துவிட்டு இது தொடர்பாக பெற்றோர்கள் முதல்வரைச் சந்திக்க விரும்பினால் அதற்கான அனுமதியை கல்லூரி நிர்வாகம் வழங்காது.
RULES FOR EXAMINATION
1. Attending the Internal Exam and Model Exam are compulsory. Leave letters or excuse letter will not be encouraged on any account.
மாணவியர்களுக்கு ஒவ்வொரு பருவ முறையிலும் இரண்டு அகமதிப்பீட்டுத் தேர்வுகளும், ஒரு மாதிரித் தேர்வும் நடத்தப்படும். அத்தேர்வுகளை மாணவியர்கள் கட்டாயமாக எழுத வேண்டும்.
2. During the Examination, students should bring their own pen, pencil, calculator etc. Borrowing the materials from others is strictly prohibited.
மாணவியர்கள் தேர்வு அறைக்குள் வரும் பொழுது தங்களுக்குத் தேவையான அனைத்துப் பொருட்களையும் எடுத்துச் செல்ல வேண்டும். Calculator போன்ற பொருட்களை அடுத்த மாணவியிடம் இருந்து பெறுவது தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
3. The Students found indulging in any malpractices like coping, consulting; bringing bits, exchanging sheets will be dismissed immediately without consideration.
‘தேர்வு அறையில் பார்த்து எழுதுதல்’ இது போன்ற தவறுகள் செய்யும் பட்சத்தில் கல்லூரியில் இருந்து நீக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
4. Students without Hall Ticket and Identity Card shall not be allowed to enter University Examination hall. They can obtain a dummy hall ticket and Identity Card by paying a penalty of Rs.200/-.
பல்கலைக்கழகத் தேர்வு எழுத வரும் மாணவியர்கள் தங்களின் அடையாள அட்டை, நுழைவுச்சீட்டு ஆகியவற்றை கட்டாயமாக எடுத்து வர வேண்டும். தவறும் பட்சத்தில் மாற்று அடையாள அட்டை மற்றும் நுழைவுச்சீட்டு வழங்கப்படும். இதற்கு மாணவி பல்கலைக்கழகத்திற்கு ரூ.200/-அபராதம் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
5. All the candidates irrespective of the marks secured in the University Examinations can apply for Revaluation. The student has to apply for revaluation with a fee of Rs.400/- per script on or before the last date for revaluation.
பல்கலைக்கழகத் தேர்வு முடிவுகள் மாணவியர்களுக்கு அறிவிக்கப்படும். பாடங்களில் தேர்ச்சி பெறவில்லை என்றாலோ மதிப்பெண்கள் குறைந்திருக்கின்றன என்று கருதினாலோ மறு மதிப்பீடு செய்ய விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். அதற்கு பல்கலைக்கழகத்திற்கு கட்டணத் தொகையாக ரூ.400/-செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
6. Student should take care of the arrear examinations. They are responsible for seeking the correct time table.
மாணவியர்கள் பல்கலைக்கழகத் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறவில்லை என்றால் அப்பாடத்திற்கான மறுதேர்வு எப்போது நடக்கிறது என்பதனை துறை பேராசிரியர்கள் மூலம் அறிந்து தேர்ச்சி பெற தங்களை தாங்களே ஆயத்தப்படுத்திக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
RULES FOR LIBRARY
1. Strict silence should be maintained in the library.
நூலகத்தில் அமைதியைக் காக்க வேண்டும்.
2. Library Books borrowed should be returned / renewed periodically. If any damage is found, fine / price of the book will be collected according to the intensity of the damage. If lost double of the amount of the cost of the book will be collected.
நூலகத்தில் புத்தகங்களை எடுத்து சரியான நேரத்தில் அதனை மீண்டும் திருப்பிக் கொடுத்துவிட வேண்டும். மாணவியர்கள் எடுத்த நூல்களின் ஏதேனும் பழுது ஏற்பட்டு இருப்பின் அதற்கு தகுந்த அபராதத் தொகையை செலுத்த வேண்டும். ஒரு நூல் எடுத்து மாணவியர்கள் தவற விட்டு இருப்பின் அந்த நூலிற்கான விலையில் இரு மடங்கு அபராதம் கொடுக்க வேண்டும்.
3. The books are precious so proper care should the taken.
புத்தகங்கள் விலை மதிப்பற்றது அதனை சரியான முறையில் பாதுகாக் வேண்டும்.
4. If any book / journal are brought out of the library without proper entry serious action will be taken.
மாணவியர்கள் நூலகத்திற்கு சென்று நூல்களையோ இதழ்களையோ எடுத்து வந்து படிக்க வேண்டும் என்று விரும்பினால் முறையாக நூலகத்தில் பதிவு செய்த பின்னரே வெளியில் எடுத்து வர அனுமதிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
RULES FOR TRANSPORT
1. Strict discipline should be maintained while coming to the college or returning home by the College bus.
பேருந்து பயணத்திற்கான விதிமுறைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டு பயணம் செய்ய வேண்டும். பேருந்தின் படிக்கட்டுகளில் அமர்ந்து பயணம் செய்யக் கூடாது.
2. Bus timings should be followed strictly. Coming to the concerned bus stop before 5 minutes will avoid unwanted problems.
மாணவியர்கள் ‘எந்த இடத்தில் எத்தனை மணிக்கு’ பேருந்தில் ஏறி கல்லூரிக்கு வர வேண்டும் என்ற விவரங்கள் அவர்களுக்கு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும். அறிவிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் நேரத்தில் இருந்து 5 நிமிடத்திற்கு முன்னதாகவே பேருந்து நிறுத்தத்தில் வந்து நிற்க வேண்டும்.
3. Change of bus stop and buses will be made only by getting prior permission from the Principal by submitting the requisition letter through the Parent.
பேருந்து நிறுத்தத்தில் ஏதேனும் மாற்றம் ஏற்படுமாயின் மாணவியின் பெற்றோர் அல்லது பாதுகாவலருடைய கையொப்பம் இட்ட கடிதம் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.
4. Students should adjust with the time delay caused due to any function of the college.
கல்லூரியின் விழாக் காலங்களில் மற்றும் பல்கலைக்கழகத் தேர்வு நடைபெறும் நேரங்களில் பேருந்து மாணவியர்களுடைய நிறுத்தத்திற்கு செல்வதற்கு தாமதங்கள் ஏற்படலாம். இல்லையேல் காலையில் விரைந்து வரலாம். அதற்குத் தகுந்தாற் போல மாணவியர்கள் தங்களை தயார்ப்படுத்திக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
RULES FOR FEES PAYMENT
1. College fee, Transport (or) Hostel fee, VAC fee and Examination fee should be paid on time every semester.
கல்லூரியில் பயிலுவதற்கான பருவமுறைக் கட்டணம் பேருந்து, (அல்லது) விடுதிக் கட்டணம்,சிறப்பு பட்டயப்பயிற்சிக் கட்டணம் மற்றும் பல்கலைக்கழகத் தேர்வுக்குரியக் கட்டணம் ஆகியவற்றை குறித்த நேரத்தில் செலுத்த வேண்டும் (ஒவ்வொரு பருவமுறையும் இக்கட்டணங்களைக் கட்ட வேண்டும்.)
2. College fee, Bus fee and University Examination fees should be paid in time. If they fail to pay within the stipulated time, fine amount will be collected along with the fee.
கல்லூரிக் கட்டணம்,பேருந்து கட்டணம், பல்கலைக்கழகத்திற்கு செலுத்த வேண்டிய கட்டணங்களைச் சரியான நேரத்திற்குள் செலுத்த வேண்டும். தவறும் பட்சத்தில் மேற்கூறிய கட்டணங்களை அதற்கான அபராதத்தொகையோடு கட்ட வேண்டும்.
3. Students admissions for PG will be done with the five semester results. The student only on clearing the sixth semester is eligible to continue her studies. If she fails in the sixth semester her admission will be cancelled.
முதுகலை படிப்பில் சேரும் மாணவியர்கள் ஐந்தாம் பருவமுறை வரை உள்ள மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல்களை சமர்ப்பித்து தங்களது கல்லூரி சேர்க்கையை உறுதிப்படுத்திக் கொள்ளலாம். இருப்பினும் ஆறாம் பருவமுறை தேர்வில் மாணவி தேர்ச்சி பெறவில்லை என்றால் மாணவியின் சேர்க்கை ரத்து செய்யப்படும். எந்த விதமான கட்டணத்தையும் கல்லூரி நிர்வாகம் திரும்ப
வழங்காது.
4. Students admitted in UG courses should submit all the required certificates, if they are not able to provide the same, admission will be cancelled.
இளங்கலை படிப்பில் சேரும் மாணவியர்கள் தவிர்க்க இயலாத காரணங்களால் படிப்பை தொடரவில்லை என்றாலும், வேறு கல்லூரியில் சேர தீர்மானம் செய்திருந்தாலும் மாணவியின் சேர்க்கை ரத்து செய்யப்படும். எந்த விதமான கட்டணத்தையும் கல்லூரி நிர்வாகம் திரும்ப வழங்காது.
